05 / HOW WE WORK

Less guesswork.
A better handover.

Novaterra Group LLC brings practical experience in communications, networks and connected-device prototyping to small organizations and properties. The approach is simple: understand the problem, define the scope, and leave you with a system you can use.

01

Tell us the problem

You don’t need a technical specification. Describe what is unreliable, repetitive or hard to see.

02

Agree on a clear scope

We review the setup, confirm requirements and provide a practical plan with transparent pricing.

03

Configure, test, document

We implement the agreed work, verify it and walk you through the system.

04

Keep improving

Add support, monitoring or automation when your needs justify it.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

A few useful
answers.

What do the starting prices include?

The three starter packages have defined limits listed above. Larger sites, additional devices, travel, specialist work and extra hardware are quoted separately. The monitoring starter includes a basic sensor kit; any cellular service or ongoing platform subscription is identified in your quote. You approve the scope before work begins.

Can we start with one small problem?

Yes. Start with unreliable Wi-Fi, a backup problem or one repetitive workflow. The system can grow as your needs become clearer. You do not need to commit to a complete technology overhaul.

Do you work with farms and machine shops?

Yes. Projects can cover networking, outbuilding connectivity, connected devices, environmental monitoring and workflow automation. Equipment integration begins with a review of the machine, manufacturer requirements and access available at your site.

How does ongoing support work?

Support is scheduled during agreed business hours, with included time and covered systems set out in your agreement. Additional time, on-site visits, software and hardware are quoted separately. Monitoring alerts are automated; monitoring plans do not include a continuously staffed emergency response service.

Where is service available?

On-site project availability currently starts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Central Illinois projects can be discussed for future scheduling. Remote IT and workflow projects are available wherever the scope allows. Tell us your location and timing in the request form.

What if my project needs electrical or specialized controls work?

We define those needs during scoping and coordinate with an appropriate specialist where required. Electrical installation, safety-critical control changes and regulated systems are separately scoped. Routine monitoring is intended to improve visibility, with requirements matched to your application.
