Information you provide

The quote form collects your name, email, location, selected service and project description. You may also provide a business or property name and phone number. Novaterra Group LLC uses these details to review your inquiry, prepare a scope and contact you about the project.

Storage and access

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Hosting and infrastructure providers process this information to operate the site. Inquiries are not displayed publicly. Information may also be used where needed to meet legal obligations.

What to leave out

Please do not submit passwords, patient records, classified information, export-controlled material, proprietary designs or other sensitive information through this form. Discuss an appropriate information-sharing arrangement before sending confidential project material.

Retention and requests

Inquiry details are retained for project follow-up and related business records. Contact griffin@novaterrasystems.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.

Website services

This site does not currently include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics tool added by Novaterra. The hosting platform may process technical request data for security and operation. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those requests. Any future service that materially changes this notice will be reflected here.
